The Tigers U18 goalie core has seen a great deal of interest since seasons end. The latest, Doug Wakelyn was called upon this last week on a emergency basis to the Odessa Jackalopes of the NAHL. Odessa suffered a  injury in net last weekend and looked to the Tigers for help going in to the weekend. Wakelyn quickly traveled to Odessa for a practice on Thursday and then dressed as Odessa's backup over the weekend.  Wakelyn posted a .92 SV% and 3.00 GAA for the Tigers in eleven appearances during the 2017-18 season.

Tigers Goalie Jaeger Reed(Crosslake, MN) was called upon by the Minnesota Iron Rangers of the SIJHL Junior A at the end of the season to support a banged up group the remainder of the year. Reed saw action in three regular season games as well as one post season contest in his stint with the Rangers. Reed posted a 9/10/-/3 record for the Tigers in 2017-18.

Continuing on post season interest Bryce Runyan has recently signed a tender agreement with NA3 club Texas Brahmas for the 2018-19 season. Runyan posted a 11/7/-/1 record for the Tigers including a .977% and .50 GAA on the final weekend of NAPHL action against U18 Shattuck and Dallas.
